Venezia

A wonderful floating city, founded in the mid-fifth century, in the northern of Italy, it's prime points are the Grand Canal ( Canal Grande ) and Piazza San Marco. This great but puzzling city, where you might be entrapped in a labyrinth, so buy a map and explore this great city on foot or use the vaporetti or motorbuses.
The city itself is divided into six sections i.e. San Marco, castello, Sana Croce, San Polo, Cannaregio, and Dorsoduro. This city is great and bewildering, where the more you see, the more like in a dream city. Almost all the activities in Venice is actually just around the Piazza San Marco, but you still have a lot to explore, like Vendramin Calergi, la' d'Oro, and Ca' Foscari, a few example of splendid palaces built during the late Renaissance.
Visit the glass museum at Murano, and Torcello, an island with supetrb Byzantine cathedral.
Take a stroll in the evening along the Grand Canal or sitting in cafes or take a gondopla ride down the Grand Canal.
